- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 4 oz white chocolate
- 4 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- Coffee ice cream
- Milk chocolate, for topping

- In a chilled bowl, whip the cream and sugar to medium-soft peaks. Refrigerate until needed.
- In a small glass bowl, warm the white chocolate in 15-second microwave intervals until just softened; avoid overheating.
